This week has felt like a sauna outside. I'm not complaining all I'm saying is that it's not where I want to spend my time. The littles could spend every waking hour outside and never notice the heat or mosquito's. How is that possible? Anyways, Little Miss asked if she could bring her bicycle inside and I thought it was a brilliant idea. She's been "pumping" Bubby around all week. Speaking of "pumping" did you ever let your friends sit on your seat while you "pumped" them on your bike? I loved doing that as a kid.
Bubby wanted to give it a go.
That didn't last long.
He's got the right idea!
Speaking of breaking the rules, as a kid my parents secured a swing in my ceiling. I literally had a huge swing in my room to swing on whenever I wanted to, isn't that crazy?! I'm curious to know what out of the box thing you let your kids do or you did as a kid?
LOVE this!!!
Reply DeleteThese pics are ADORABLE!!! Pumping - so many great memories there!!!
Reply Deleteadorable. I love Bubby's expression in the last photo
Reply DeleteI so wish I had a swing in my room. My kiddos however had many a tent and fort and store and library...play is essential to peace.
Reply Deletesweet, sweet sweet! I love the swing in the room! I'd do that for my kids if they had the space. We did buy them swinging chairs that hang from the ceiling- that seems to work pretty well!
Reply Deleteyou are truly blessed!
Reply DeleteWay too cute!!!
Reply DeleteWe put a swing in Ashlynns first room! It was my favorite part.
Sometimes I start water fights with my kids in the kitchen.
