We were invited to do a neighborhood walk/stroll/bike ride parade this morning in honor of Memorial Day. This is one of the areas that we do our morning walks so it was fun to get to see all the people out and about in front of their homes as we walked by.


We didn't have a small handheld flag so we just brought the one from our front porch. Because of this we ended up carrying the largest flag and people would stand in honor of the flag as Matt walked past. It was really sweet.




Yes, his shirt is halfway undone. No, I was not trying to go for that look however when I was getting him ready things were kind of hectic and I might have forgotten I was buttoning his shirt halfway through the job. It happens.

Then we walked back to our little home and took in a nice relaxing Memorial Day.
