Wow wee we have been so busy! We have loved every minute of this summer and this stage of Arabelle's life. It has been so easy to have fun because she just goes right with the flow of things.Sure she has missed some naps and gone to bed late at times but oh well...who cares!


We went to Matt's parents house to visit and give their bedroom a little fixin up. We have slowly worked on painting and decorating the house and their bedroom is one of the last rooms to be done and so we set out to knock it out during nap time and we did just that.







Then we went to Matt's sisters house to spend some time with them. We always enjoy being with them but this time was really fun because Arabelle is at the age were she enjoys playing with her cousins. We went to the children's museum in Fort Worth and had a blast. Arabelle loved the picture of possums and kept talking to it saying "puppy."












I got to have a girls night with my dear friend Rachel. We went to a sushi spot that embodies the saying "theres a party in my mouth."



We had to swing back through Frost to pick up some garden bounty. We literally had to throw stuff in and slam the door to get the car packed up. The garden has produced great this year and I am one busy girl canning and freezing all the goods. I will be thankful all throughout the year when our grocery bill is lower and were still enjoying the garden goodness.







The 4th of July was an awesome day of friends, activities, and adventure. We went out to Round Top for the best parade ever, ate at Royer's with sweet friends and then finished off the day with fireworks out at Washington on the Brazos.
