It seems like this week she has turned into a very active little girl. She is into everything, climbing on anything and everything, I can't turn my back on her for even a second or I will find her splashing in the toilet or eating Nellie's dog food. Whew...
I will call this the trail of Arabelle. I ran to the bathroom for a second and found this when I came out.
I do feel like she is putting some new things together and it's so neat to watch her learn and understand what we are doing. The other day there was a sock on the floor and she picked it up, set it on her foot and looked at me and then today I was cleaning out her closet and found her trying to put a hat on her head. I can't wait to see what she will learn next.
Somebody taught her how to peak under doors...haummm...not naming any names in this house but this was taught to do especially when it comes to the bathroom door.
She is starting to enjoy about 15 minutes of a movie, maybe 20 minutes if she is really tired. Matt and I are hoping she will soon be able to endure an entire movie...like Toy Story 3...maybe because mom and dad have found themselves watching cartoons even after baby girl is in bed. We will keep stretching her in the next few weeks and cross our fingers she can endure her second movie theater experience.
Here is a little video of how the walking has progressed. She needs a lot of encouragement to take those steps but when she does it's oh so sweet. Matt is so good at encouraging her to walk but in this video he had to use a little bribe because she was tired and busy watching Elmo.
I love it. The trail looks familiar. I think I have been there before. She is growing up way to fast. I loved the look on her face when she put the hat on her head :)Give that sweet girl a kiss for Nonnie & PawPaw.
