Flamingo Flock
We were flocked this weekend. I have never really heard of this but I have seen flamingo's in peoples yards before and just thought they had an interesting flair when it comes to yard decor. Apparently this is the thing to do to earn fundraiser support. Someone pays to sends a message with a flock of flamingo's and then you pay to send it to someone else. We have some friends who just put their adorable house on the market and I thought of sending it their way to get some attention and then I thought it might not bring the curb appeal they are looking for.
Anyways, it was fun to walk outside and see these crazy pink birds in our lawn...Arabelle loved them!

I have heard about this fundraiser with a goat too! Sound like you got out easy. I am sure the next person will be surprised.

Reply DeleteHa Ha...This is much better than what they were doing in NM, I think it was a cheerleader or dance team, but they painted a toilet purple and decorated it rather gaudy like and were placing it in peoples yards and you had to pay them a fee to have them come remove it and then you got to choose who was the next victim...fundraising at its finest
